Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: No shipping costs will be charged to our customers regardless of their geographical locations.
Q: Do you frame the paintings?
A: We don't frame our paintings because our colors go beyond the painting surface to cover the sides of the stretched painting. We believe that it is more attractive that way. However, our perspective shouldn't prevent our customers from framing them in any framing shop if that meets their own requirements.
